Happy Easter!

The Easter Bunny is on his way tonight. We have a tradition of setting a bowl full of empty plastic eggs on the table before the Easter Bunny comes, and then when he gets here he fills them with goodies and we all share. But this year, since the weather is permitting, the Easter Bunny is sending R&R and TJ & Tuck on an adventure. I enlisted the help of my darling hubby for his creative genius. Here's what the kids will wake up to find (with a basket of goodies like kites and bubbles):

If one wakes up early in the morning,
He should wake his brothers heeding the warning.

It is too hard if the one starts alone,
To find the eggs hidden near home.

Rugby and Riley are getting tall,
Terry and Tucker are yet small.

Four brothers there are,
To search both near and far.

Some can search low to find
While the others might try to climb.

Camouflage you see, when searching for eggs in trees!

Behind the house there are some, but in front there are none.
With 33 eggs, surely you can save one for Daddy!

  1. What a neat idea--hope you don't have to find those icky black jelly beans! Happy Easter!
