Alrighty, I've weighed in this morning. Let me tell you about the week, first.
I've managed to walk 2 miles 3 days. (Yea me!) And BIKE a total of 3 miles. (2 miles once and 1/2 mile twice..kids school...) So, that's four days of exercise this week. WAY over goal, WOOHOO!
For eating, I was conscious of portion size, but what I was eating wasn't so great. I've planned meals and am shopping today for next week so hopefully that goes better.
Weight: Holding steady at 185.
