Here's a pic of Riley helping me can. We made 8 half pints of caramel apple butter and 17 half pints of spiced apple peel jelly, a small batch of applesauce........and I still have over 30 pounds of apples to do yet! I'm gonna have to stop at the amish store while we're in Bonduel and get some pectin if I expect to keep canning like this!!
The carmel apple butter sounds really good...........hint hint!! :-)
