6 Years Ago.......

I was pregnant. Here I am preggo again. I'm starting to think my BIL Ethan is right and I'm going to be pregnant forever. lol! Let's hope not. Anyway, the reason for the post. I'm eagerly planning a birthday party for Rugby for this coming Saturday with a PIRATE theme! He's so excited and the more I get to thinking, the more excited I'm getting, too!! I found a REALLY COOL, easy cake to decorate, one of my AWESOME mommysaver friends is letting us borrow a pirate flag, I've got loot for the treasure chest and am planning on sending the kids all over the yard on a treasure hunt to find it, we've got a skull and cross-bones thing to hang on the front door, red streamers, I'm gonna make take-home treasure hunts for the kids (soda/water bottles with birdseed in and then hidden paper clips, coins, etc inside), I made AWESOME invites. So, I think I'm all set except for cleaning and actually making everything and making lunch that day. So, wish us luck! Of course you'll get all the party pictures after the party! Especially if my cake turns out as cool as I hope it does!!

Here's the invites I sent out....I printed them on brown cardstock, then crumpled them up into a ball (twice), and then tore around the edges to make them look worn like a treasure map...kinda.
